Newsletter; light blue paper cover with black ink; three staples at left edge; white pages within, numbered 1-5; two holes punched along left edge. Cover includes an illustration of the buildings on the west side of Hill Street inside Heritage Village including Deer Lake Auto, General Store and Village Blacksmith shop; stylized title reads: "the Villager / Winter '83"; text in bottom left corner reads: "Heritage Village"; text along bottom reads: "4900 DEER LAKE AVENUE, BURNABY, BRITISH COLUMBIA V5G 3T6". Verso of cover page includes information on the Century Park Museum Association Annual General Meeting and a lecture. Articles include photographs of restoration of "Old Curly", Seaforth School on it's new foundation and the Cupola from the old municipal hall. A synopsis of the year 1983 is written by Museum Director R.P. Schofield.

Program booklet created for the fifty year reunion of the Burnaby Cougar girls' lacrosse team in 1983 and includes: note of address from Cougars' coach Bill Bayley; dinner menu; acceptence letter from Mayor William A. Lewarne; letter from the Canadian Lacrosse Association; 1930s photographs of the Burnaby Cougar Girls Lacrosse Team; list of names of South Burnaby Cougars; also includes copies of menus from past Annual Banquets and various excerpts on the history of the team.

Program was created in 1983 for a reunion of the Burnaby Cougars lacrosse team and provided to guests in attendance at the reunion on May 14, 1983.
