Wille's Bakery - Calendar -- [1976]. Calendar produced for Wille's Bakery in Victoria BC, as a promotional item around Christmas time. The calendar is for the year 1976 and has a picture of a heard of cattle in a field. The calendar folds out and provides information for home freezing fruits and vegetables. There is a different recipe for every month. The back of the calendar has a picture of Christmas bells and holly. When folded up the calendar is 21cm x 18.5cm and when folded out the calendar is 21cm x 55cm.

Calendar -- [1913]. A small notebook style calendar for the year 1913. The calendar is dark green cardboard with an image of a cliff and stormy sea. Below the picture is the calendar with March as the first month showing. The calendar flips open to reveal that it was a Christmas gift from Alexander S. Paul of Victoria.
Object History
Alexander Sylvester Paul was born on July 20, 1894 in Victoria to Dr. Edward Paul and Ada Hilton. He worked as a clerk and accountant and fought in the First World War. He married Elizabeth Eva Scott in 1921. Elizabeth died in 1937 and Alexander remarried to Roberta Alice Clarkson. He died in 1959.

A Childhood Safety Calendar from Helen's Children's Wear from 1966. The front page of the calendar has a airbrushed image of a small girl smiling with blue eyes. She has a headband with silver pom-poms. She is holding a doll with a red hat and braids. The first two pages of the calendar are entitled "Children's Safety Diary. Each month of the calendar has a different image of a child. The back page has a reading entitled "Safety: Your Child's Most Important Lesson!"
Object History
Helen's Children's Wear was a popular and well known shop in Burnaby
Helen's Children's Wear was located at 4142 Hastings Street. Owner Helen Arnold opened the store on East Hastings Street in 1948. She moved to the 4142 Hastings Street location in 1955, and added a landmark neon sign to the building in 1956. The sign featured a girl on a swing, and served as an important landmark in the neighbourhood. The store closed in 2007.

Fraser Merchants' Association - Calendar -- [2001]. Calendar for 2001 circulated by the Fraser Merchants Association. The front cover of the calendar has a photograph of a lake and mountains covered in snow at Banff National Park.
There is a page attached at the back of the calendar with the Fraser Merchants Association address, which is the same as the Canada Way Food Market.
