Photograph of Mabel Edith Honor (McClean) Hawkshaw taken in a photographic studio. Mabel Hawkshaw was Canada's first woman bank teller as well as former editor and managing director of the "Burnaby Post" newspaper in the 1920s and 1930s and wrote articles for city dailies under the pen name of "Percy Egerton Sterling". Mabel was also a member of the Juvenile Court in Burnaby.
