- Burnaby Municipal Hall - Pamphlet -- [1956]. Pamphlet for the Official Opening of the Burnaby Municipal Hall on June 22nd, 1956 at 2pm. The front cover of the pamphlet has a black and white photograph of the new municipal hall building. The pamphlet includes a brief history of the municipal halls in Burnaby, a program of events for the day, photographs of various spaces in the new hall and a floor plan. - The Carousel 100th Anniversary event was held on May 5, 2012 at the Burnaby Village Museum. The items were given out to carousel volunteers who helped restore the carousel when it was brought to BVM. The party was to commemorate the 100 Anniversary of the building of Parker #119 in 1912. The sash was intended to be worn by the sponsor, or their representative, for each horse on the carousel.

- Transportation Division - Program -- [1950]. Program for the August 6th, 1950 B.C.E.R. and B.C.M.T. picnic for the Transportation Division, All Departments. The picnic was planned at Confederation Park in North Burnaby and started at 11am. The program included the Time of Events along with the Athletic Events of the day. The picnic also advertised Shetland Pony Riding, Favours for the Children, Wading Pool and Playground, and a Rube Band. The back page of the program lists the people involved in the Picnic Committees. Attached to the program with two staples is a newspaper clipping that covered the days events, including mention of "Punch and Judy" which was a puppet show performed by C.Caunt. The program measures 14cm x 21.5cm.
