There is a clause on the side of the ticket stating that the City is not liable for delays or accidents. On the back of the ticket is a crest for the Corporation of the City of North Vancouver.

The ticket also has space for 'EMERGENCY' and 'CHILD' punches. On the reverse side is an advertisement for the Tram News Stands. There is an illustration of wide-eyed policeman waving and shivering.
