File consists of papers pertaining to the 'Panabode' or N.D.T.U. (Narcotic Drug Treatment Unit) programme of rehabilitation at Oakalla Prison Farm dated 1968. Also included in the file is a photocopied report entitled, "Philosophy of the Lower Mainland Regional Correctional Centre" written ca. 1966.
