- Presentation plaque. A varnished oak wood plaque with a pointed top and cut out bottom corners. It has two engraved metal plates. The upper plate has a pointed top and the logo of the National Carousel Association. The lower plate reads: "Commends / Burnaby Village Museum / THE NATIONAL CAROUSEL ASSOCIATION / CONGRATULATES / THE BURNABY VILLAGE MUSEUM / AND THE FRIENDS OF THE CAROUSEL / ON THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY / OF THE RESTORATION OF YOUR 1912 PARKER CAROUSEL / APRIL 5, 2003". On the reverse of the plaque there are two recessed grooves for hanging and two strips of self-adhesive black hook fastening material. Plaque measures width 30.5 cm by height 23.0 cm.

- The Carousel 100th Anniversary event was held on May 5, 2012 at the Burnaby Village Museum. The items were given out to carousel volunteers who helped restore the carousel when it was brought to BVM. The party was to commemorate the 100 Anniversary of the building of Parker #119 in 1912. The sash was intended to be worn by the sponsor, or their representative, for each horse on the carousel.

- Subseries consists of six webinars created in the Fall of 2022 that were presented live on Zoom and the Burnaby Village Museum’s facebook page between September 13, 2022 and September 29, 2022. The webinars were hosted by Burnaby Village Museum in partnership with Burnaby Public Library. In recognition of the Burnaby Village Museum’s 50th anniversary, this series of talks cover a range of topics shared by museum staff and partners. Community members were invited to ask questions of the speakers during these interactive online sessions.
