The front cover of the notebook advertises the Gilchrist "Hercules" Logging Jack, with an illustration of the jack. Inside the notebook is a price list for repair parts as of June 1st 1941. The back of the cover advertises the other services that Gilchrist Engineering provides. The notebook measures 8cm x 14.5cm.

- Photographic postcard of an unidentified woman standing outside a grocery store. The store is a unit on the ground level of a brick building, behind which another building is visible. The display window includes stacks of canned goods, and advertisements for Rowntree's Cocoa, butter and margarine. The sign on top of the display window was partially blocked by putting something over the area while printing the photograph. It reads, "Family Grocer [blocked letters] & Corn Dealer."

- National Registration Regulations - Card -- [1940]. Dominion of Canada National Registration Card for Eric Coe of 2684 Fern Avenue, Burnaby. Eric Coe was Part of the Electoral District Number 235 New Westminster, B.C. The registration card was signed on August 19th, 1940 and was signed by Deputy Registrar Vivean Ramsbothan (?). On the back of the card are several ink stamps "BCL-3143", "BCL-3144", "BCL-3145", "BCL 3146" and "STORE X 3-44". The card measures 10cm x 7cm.
