The front cover has a small illustration of a man in a tuxedo and a red haired lady in an evening dress. The leaflet was made for The T. Eaton Company Limited in Winnipeg Canada and was lithographed in Canada. The leaflet measures 8cm x 15.5cm when folded close.

- Nephrite adze blade; chipped on one end; rectangular shaped.
- Object History
- The donor inherited this artifact from his mother, Katherine Maude (Kitty) Peers, who inherited them from her father, Louis Claude Hill. The artifacts were found on his farm, Brookfield Farm, at Douglas Road and Sperling Avenue (now site of Burnaby Village Museum).
- Nephrite is found in the Fraser Canyon
