The left side of the ticket is ripped. The reverse side of the ticket has the Royal Bank logo on it. The ticket measures 8.5cm x 3.5cm.

- Lapel pin, with a post back and stamped out of brass the metal plated with gold. The pin is a soccer ball with a ribbon at the top and another ribbon at the bottom. The ribbons are enamelled green and the ball is white and black. There is a small maple leaf in the soccer ball. The upper ribbon says "SOUTH BURNABY" and the lower ribbon says, "SOCCER'. On the reverse side is the makers stamp. The pin was made by "Kelbert Trophies Ltd., Vancouver and Tiawan.." This pin was issued by the South Burnaby Men's (Metro) Club.
