- The ticket is from the Sannie Transporation Company which operated a passenger ferry service between Bowen Island and Horseshoe Bay. The company operated the route from 1921 to 1956.

- Description
- This is a two or four person handcar used on the Canadian Pacific Railway. The car is powered by a hand pumped eccentric gear. There are four sets of short handles at each end to allow the car to be manually lifted off the track. There is a foot actuated brake on the edge of the platform. Wood shoes are pressed against the wheels.
- Object History
- This type of railroad vehicle would be used by a work gang as transport to a repair job in their section of the track. A trailer can be attached to carry equipment. The car is easily lifted off the track to allow a train to pass. This particular vehicle's history is not known it is typical of such equipment used on the CPR mainline.

- Gray metal handcuffs, in locked position. Cuffs joined by three links.
- Object History
- Ross was known as "Padre" at Oakalla. Padre means 'father' and is a word often used in a military context for chaplain. Ross joined the Oakalla staff full time as a Presbeterian Minister in 1971, employed by the BC Correctional Services Branch. He worked there as Chaplain until 1991 when Oakalla closed. He was often called in from home to help with high pressure situations that arose at Oakalla to help defuse incidents like hostage taking and other high pressure conflicts. Ross collected several items from Oakalla when it closed, but some were given to him because of the significance of his time there.
