Signing the memorandum are; Pacific Vocational Institute Board of Governors Chairman T. Wyman Trineer, and Langley School District no. 35 Vice-Chairperson of the Board Donna Rantamaa. In 1986, the Pacific Vocational Institute merged with the British Columbia Institute of Technology and remains a part of that institution to the present.
