The medicine boat grinder appears to have a circular, flat, wooden wheel or disc, with two spokes attached to each side. It is placed in a wooden boat like structure, where it can be used to roll and grind. It is situated on a wooden board floor among stacked wooden boxes and tin can, a wooden stool chair and some woven, natural material. Some of the boxes and tin can around the grinder have labels on them with Chinese characters.
