- Biographical Notes
- Claude Hill was born in England about 1885, the eldest son of Marian (Berkeley) and Bernard R. Hill. Hill was born in Bengal, India while his father worked for the East Indian Railway. Later, Claude rode a horse and buggy with his younger brother to travel to school in New Westminster. A.Claude Hill married Marion "Mamie" in his early twenties.
