- Program for the Official Opening and Dedication of the 1912 Burnaby Centennial Parker Carousel and the Don Wrigley Pavilion, at Burnaby Village Museum, March 25, 1993. The program is printed on heavy card stock of an off-white colour. The text and images are printed in a dark blue ink. The stock is an 11 by 17 inch sheet folded in half giving four pages 8.5 by 11 inches. The front cover features an artists image of a carousel and Burnaby logos. The first inside page features "The Story of the Carousel" , History of C.W. Parker Carousel No. 119" and "The Don Wrigley Pavilion". Page two features "Dedication Ceremony" program. The back cover features, "The Friends of the Carousel", Highlights of the New Facility", "Carousel Operation", "Acknowledgements" and "Special Thanks To".

- This is a Wurlitzer Military Band Organ, Style 146B. Built by the Rudolph Wurlitzer Company, ca 1925. The organ is supposed to recreate the sound of a 20-piece military band, with percussion instruments that include bass drum, snare drums, cymbals, and xylophones, as well as pipes to reproduce the sounds of trumpets, trombones, flutes, and violins. This band organ is operated by paper rolls based on Wurlitzer's unique, 46 note roll scale, "Style 150". Our Model 146B has duplex roll frames, allowing continuous playing, one roll rewinds as the other is playing. An electric motor mounted on the top uses a belt to drive a crankshaft that powers both the air bellows that feed the various music pipes as well as the roll mechanism. The band organ was originally intended to be used with a carousel out of doors. A perferated sheet of plexie glass has been placed over the front opening to reduce the volume of the instrument inside the carousel building. - Object History
- The band organ was purchased and restored by the Friends of the Carousel to replace the original organ that had been sold before the carousel was acquired for the Burnaby Village Museum. The Friends of the Carousel bought this machine from a collector in Spokane, Washington. He had obtained it from a closed down travelling carnival company in Reno, Nevada. They had used it with a carousel in the American mid-west.

- Part of the 1912 C.W. Parker Carousel. Carousel horse No. 32, "The Colonel." Roached mane "Jumper," back legs extended, front legs slightly bent, erect neck, head and nose forward, ears back, facing to the side, mouth open. Colour: Buckskin. Trappings: Dark green stippled saddle and fender, edged in bronze. Gordon Setter dog head back of the cantle. White blanket edged in dark green. Lower blanket is orange red edged in bronze. White breast collar edged in green with dark green neck collar, edged in bronze. Orange red bridle with bronze concho.

- This artifact was acquired by Keith Jamieson, and purchased from him by The Friends of the Carousel. It had originally been part of a Parker carousel in Texas, and now serves in place of "Old Paint" on No. 119.

- Presentation plaque. A varnished oak wood plaque with a moulded edge. An engraved metal plate with the logo of the National Carousel Association on it reads: "HONORS AND COMMENDS / CITY OF BURNABY / BURNABY VILLAGE MUSEUM / FRIENDS OF THE CAROUSEL / FOR THEIR FORESIGHT AND / EFFORSTS IN THE PRESERVATION AND / RESTORATION OF THEIR ANTIQUE / WOODEN C.W. PARKER CAROUSEL / MARCH 27, 1993". On the reverse of the plaque there are two recessed grooves for hanging and two strips of self-adhesive black hook fastening material. Plaque measures width 25.5 cm by height 20.5 cm.

The upper plate has a pointed top and the logo of the National Carousel Association. The lower plate reads: "Commends / Burnaby Village Museum / THE NATIONAL CAROUSEL ASSOCIATION / CONGRATULATES / THE BURNABY VILLAGE MUSEUM / AND THE FRIENDS OF THE CAROUSEL / ON THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY / OF THE RESTORATION OF YOUR 1912 PARKER CAROUSEL / APRIL 5, 2003". On the reverse of the plaque there are two recessed grooves for hanging and two strips of self-adhesive black hook fastening material. Plaque measures width 30.5 cm by height 23.0 cm.
