Program poster provides a comprehensive listing of the planned events at seven different locations around Deer Lake on May 15, 1975; printed at the Heritage Village in 1975. The festivities were "organized by the Burnaby Arts Council, the Burnaby Art Gallery, Heritage Village Directorate, Burnaby Parks and Recreation Department and their affiliate member organizations with the British Columbia Festival."

Printed in Heritage Village Print shop. Object belonged to Mary D. Trainer, as a member of the Burnaby Centennial '71 Committee and the Centennial Co-ordinator hired to help organize a variety of community events to commemorate the 100th anniversary of British Columbia's entry into Confederation.

Poster was created by the Burnaby Centennial '71 Committee. The sod turning even for the Heritage Village Museum, Easter Egg Hunt and Easter Parade were part of the Burnaby Centennial celebrations taking place in Burnaby. These events were organized by the Burnaby Centennial '71 Committee as part of the B.C. Centennial festivities.

Flyer; yellow cartridge paper with black ink; title reads: "Burnaby's Centennial '71 Project"; promoting the creation of a Pioneer Village - Century Park for the celebration of the 1971 Centennial of British Columbia joining confederation. The Flyer includes a map of the proposed site with buildings; a list of buildings to be built on the site including, Blacksmith and Harness shop, Apothecary shop, Dentist office, Bank, Jail, Ice Cream Parlour, B.C.E.R. tram, Buggy, Bicycle and Print Shops, General Store, Mini Museum (Baker house), Fire Hall and Bandstand.
