- Object History
- Albert Joseph Samual Prothero was born June 6 1920 in Wales to Albert and Gertrude Prothero. Albert and Gertrude moved to Canada in the late 1920s with their children Albert, Sidney and Violet and settled in Delta. The family later relocated to Vancouver in the mid/late 1930s on West 7th Street. Albert Joseph Samual Prothero attended Delta Central School and later married Helen Slark. He worked as a dentist. The family lived at 5615 Carson Street in Burnaby. He died in 1995 in Vancouver.

- retail display cabinet or dispensing cabinet; wood slat construction (1/4 in. or 063 cm) with paper product labeling over top. Paper product labelling is in colour. Six drawers with small metal pull-rings. Original labeling appears to be for "Bauer & Black" brands of plasters and dressings, but other labels have been placed over the orginal markings in some places.
