People are seated in chairs outside a decorated Seaforth School looking toward a seated row of men and women, some of whom are in costume, by a microphone and podium. There are two photographers. The school was moved from its original location at 7881 Government Road to Burnaby Village Museum in 1983, and was opened to the public in 1987.
