- Small, amber glass bottle with rounded base and cork stopper. The bottle is 1/3 full of compacted powder, condensed at bottom of bottle. Three, discoloured, rectangular labels are attached to the bottle, all are worn and stained.

"Keep the bottle securely corked, in a / cool, dry place. / POWDERED EXTRACT / DAMIANA / Turnera aphrodisiaca Ward. / Of the same strength as the solid ex- / tract; one grain represents about four / grains of Damiana leaves. / Tonic and aphrodisiac. / Dose - 4 to 10 grains (0.26 to 0.65 Gm.)." printed in black on discoloured, rectangular label.
