- Description
- Small, amber glass bottle with rounded base and cork stopper. The bottle is 1/3 full of compacted powder, condensed at bottom of bottle. Three, discoloured, rectangular labels are attached to the bottle, all are worn and stained.

Larger, rectangular label attached below features image of a factory with "PARKE, DAVIS & CO. / MANUFACTURING CHEMISTS, / DETROIT, MICHIGAN / WALKERVILLE, / ONTARIO" printed above and below the image. "Keep the bottle securely corked, in a / cool, dry place. / POWDERED EXTRACT / DAMIANA / Turnera aphrodisiaca Ward. / Of the same strength as the solid ex- / tract; one grain represents about four / grains of Damiana leaves. / Tonic and aphrodisiac. / Dose - 4 to 10 grains (0.26 to 0.65 Gm.)." printed in black on discoloured, rectangular label. All three labels with text are enclosed by thin, black line.
