- The Carousel 100th Anniversary event was held on May 5, 2012 at the Burnaby Village Museum. The items were given out to carousel volunteers who helped restore the carousel when it was brought to BVM. The party was to commemorate the 100 Anniversary of the building of Parker #119 in 1912. The sash was intended to be worn by the sponsor, or their representative, for each horse on the carousel.

- Don Copan was an active member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee and later became the founding President of the Century Park Museum Association. While a member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee, Don created a scrapbook album of photographs and ephemera documenting the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee’s involvement in celebrating British Columbia’s Centenary of Confederation between January and December 1971 including Burnaby’s Commemorative Project – Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum).

- This footage was originally shot in 16 mm, on Sunday, April 11, 1971, and broadcast on CBC television. The original footage was silent: when it was broadcast, a news announcer read from a script to describe the events. In 2011, the footage was digitized. The original script was read by an actor, recorded, and added to the digitized footage to create this film.

- Program for the Official Opening and Dedication of the 1912 Burnaby Centennial Parker Carousel and the Don Wrigley Pavilion, at Burnaby Village Museum, March 25, 1993. The program is printed on heavy card stock of an off-white colour. The text and images are printed in a dark blue ink. The stock is an 11 by 17 inch sheet folded in half giving four pages 8.5 by 11 inches. The front cover features an artists image of a carousel and Burnaby logos. The first inside page features "The Story of the Carousel" , History of C.W. Parker Carousel No. 119" and "The Don Wrigley Pavilion". Page two features "Dedication Ceremony" program. - The print was created in the Heritage Village news and art printing shop for distribution to visitors on the opening day of the Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum) on November 19, 1971. The stories on the newspaper are of events that happened in the early 1900s, with a focus on local events. The Burnaby Centennial '71 Committee created Heritage Village as a commemorative project for the British Columbia Centennial. Richard Lott was hired as the first director for Heritage Village and Deirdre Lott was hired as the first curator.

- Don Copan was an active member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee and later became the founding President of the Century Park Museum Association. While a member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee, Don created a scrapbook album of photographs and ephemera documenting the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee’s involvement in celebrating British Columbia’s Centenary of Confederation between January and December 1971 including Burnaby’s Commemorative Project – Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum).
