- Nametag from the 11984 B.C. Summer Games in Burnaby. The name tag is printed in green ink on white cardstock "BRITISH COLUMBIA SUMMER GAMES / BURNABY 1984" includes the name "Maryanne Chakowski" and "Committee_ACCOMODATION"; The card is enclosed within a plastic sleeve with a pin on back; name tag is fastened by the pin to the top of a white satin ribbon printed with green ink; top of ribbon includes circular logo of flame and dogwood flower with text outside "B.C.SUMMER GAMES / 1984 / BURNABY . JULY 19- 22" with vertical lettering underneath "ACCOMODATION" and horitizontal lettering at bottom "BURNABY / 1984".
