Mayor Mike Hurley and narrator communicate that commitments made by citizens have helped set the stage for less restrictions whereby some facilities can be reopened in a safe manner by following the guidelines from the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry. Film clip includes a compilation of footage taken by the City's marketing department between March and May 2020.
