- The A.R.P. Bulletin - Newsletter -- [1943]. Newsletter produced by the Air Raid Precautions published by The Office of Civil Air Raid Precautions. This issue was produced in September-October 1943 in Ottawa. The main headline for the newsletter is "Raids Prove Relative Need of ARP Services". There is a green 1 cent Canadian Postage Stamp of King George VI on the front of the newsletter. Typed on the top left corner of the newsletter is "Harry Cutress,/ 3724 Rumble St.,/ New West'r." - The shoulder bag is made of yellow canvas. Part of "A.R.P." (Air Raid Precautions) uniform. Probably not official but adapted by the user. "ARP" "WBW" is stencilled in black on the bag flap. The strap is hand-sewn to bag and the flap is secured by two snap-fastener closures

- The "A.R.P." bag belonged to Harry Cutress who was a volunteer with the Burnaby Air Raid Precautions.
