J.A. MacKenzie, Minister of Pensions and National Health in accordance with the Civil Air Raid Precautions. The booklet issued under the direction of Hon. R. J. The chart was furnished with the compliments of Laucks Laboratories Limited, Analytical and Consulting Chemists on Howe Street, Vancouver.
