Scope and Content: Photograph of Burnaby lawyer James H. Edwards, who was the Red Cross Campaign Chairman for Burnaby and ran in the 1956 provincial election as a Liberal Party candidate. Later he served on the Burnaby Council from 1959 to 1962 and again from 1964 to 1965 as a Burnaby Citizen's Associaton Alderman.
