- Photograph of the chapel of the Order of St. Benedict at the Ceperley Mansion when they purchased and occupied the mansion from 1939 to 1954. The letters "LOCUS ISTE SANCTUS EST" are inscribed on the wall above the cross. There is a picture of baby Jesus held by the Virgin Mary on one side of the platform, and a Saint holding a baby on the other.
