- Photograph taken at night from an elevated spot, overlooking a fenced site. In the middle is a pagoda-shaped building, lighted from the inside. There are parked cars along the fencing, and several buildings in background. There are a number of bright sopt lights, and a banner hanging on one side of the fence that reads, "CHINESE CARNIVAL [illegible words]/ GRAND OPENING [illegible words]".
