- File consists of a typewritten history of the Burnaby North Trefoil Guild written by Eleanor Galbraith on February 1, 1999 along with her membership card, six pages of membership lists (February 1987, January 3, 1998, November 8, 1998, March 2000, January 2001 and November 2001) and a letter from Girl Guides of Canada to Eleanor Galbraith re: criminal record check. The first meeting of the Burnaby North Trefoil Guild was held at Eleanor Galbraith's home at 3950 Eton Street on February 18, 1987. The first president of the guild was Mary Montemurro with Donna Miller as Secretary and Eleanor Galbraith as treasurer. Meetings were first held at members homes and later at Willingdon Community Centre and Lochdale Hall. Members have held social events such as Christmas parties, picnics and outings on Burnaby Mountain as well as fundraising events and helping out at different Girl Guide activities.

- File consists of photographs, an illustration, ephemera and histories about Burnaby Guiding Camps including Burnaby Chalet on Cypress Mountain, Galalina Camp at Camp Olave near Sechelt B.C., Burnaby Guide Camp at Wilson Creek and a few postcards of Camp Tsoona, Rosedale B.C. A collection of written material provides historical background regarding the two storey cabin on Hollyburn Mountain. The cabin was purchased by Burnaby Girl Guides in 1964 and appropriately named Burnaby Chalet. A Chalet Committee was formed with representatives from each Division appointing a Chalet Manageress to handle reservations. This typical ski cabin can accomodate up to 40 people. The file also includes a "Campsite Log Book" for the Hollyburn Chalet with handwritten notes from 1981 and 1982, an embroidered triangular shaped badge "Burnaby Royal / Girl Guides / Hollyburn Chalet" and a dedication ceremony program for "Burnaby Guide Camp / June 8, 1958" (Wilson Creek).

Notes include information about growing up and living in the house on Cumberland Street. This information was used by the curator to assist in designing the exhibits within the farmhouse. Information in these interviews was broken down into references to rooms within the house, gardens, outbuildings and activities at home.

- File consists of a collection of photographs which were taken between 1997 and 1998 by Researcher/Registrar, Lisa Langlet to document the restoration process along with the curating of artifacts and furnishings to be included in the farmhouse exhibit.The photographs are arranged by Year / Roll number / Photograph number. Book 1 includes photographs documenting: Items of furniture and artifacts from the Love family, Burnaby Village Museum and Mathers house to be considered for furnishing the Love family farmhouse; items purchased and considered for purchase from various collectors and suppliers of antiques; items donated for interior of house including a kitchen sink and water tank; original fixtures, mouldings, doors, walls, paint treatments (paint history), damages to structure and sufaces within the house; before and after restoration of furnishings; new paint treatments to kitchen; construction of sidewalks and a wheelchair ramp outside of the house; garden in late fall; installation of new kitchen stove and other artifacts, furnishings and fixtures within kitchen; opening day with Gordon Love and family as the first visitors to the house (only kitchen is open); exterior veiws of the grounds around the house and interior areas due to flooding in mid December 1997; restoration views of the parlour, dining room and downstairs bedroom including old wallpaper, tongue and groove walls with layers of paint, baseboards and original layers of flooring; the garden expansion in Spring 1998; tin ceilings in parlour and front hall and a photograph of Mrs.Richard Whiting, her daughter Betty, son in law and grandaughter.

- File consists of a scrapbook with sixteeen double sided pages with handwritten journal notations, poems, hand drawn illustrations and photographs documenting 1st Burnaby Girl Guide activities including meetings, hiking, camping and various outings. Many of the journal entries describe hiking around Burnaby including areas such as Deer Lake, Brunette River, Willingdon and the Gilley Avenue Ravine while photographs document a garden party at the Municipal Hall at Edmonds in 1936. Photograph BV015.35.162.1 is titled "Garden Party / 1936" with Brown Owls identified L to R as: Mrs. Gowan, Miss May Dumas and Miss Kay Crossfield. Photograph BV015.35.162.2 is titled " Folk-dancing team / 1936 / Garden Party, Municipal Hall, Edmonds" with people identified in the top row L to R as: Phyllis Lockhart, Margaret Wilson, Marion Bellinger, Betty Martin and Peggy Urquhart and bottom row L to R as: Joan Warburton, Kay Lambert and Joan Mortimer. - File consists of a photographic reproduction of a twenty nine page photograph album that was created by Florence Hart Godwin. The first page of the album reads "Florence, with Grandma's and Auntie Felicia's best love, Xmas 1910" and the other pages contain photographs. The album was given to Florence Hart for Christmas in 1910, by her grandmother Jane Chapman (nee Isbell) and her Aunt Felicia Chapman. Album contains photographs of the Alice and Frederick J. Hart and Chapman families, including childhood photographs of the five Hart children, Kingsley, Florence, Fredricka, Edwyna and Jack; the Hart family at their home in New Westminster and at "Avalon" their summer residence and home on Deer Lake.
