File consists of a photographic reproduction of a twenty nine page photograph album that was created by Florence Hart Godwin. The first page of the album reads "Florence, with Grandma's and Auntie Felicia's best love, Xmas 1910" and the other pages contain photographs. The album was given to Florence Hart for Christmas in 1910, by her grandmother Jane Chapman (nee Isbell) and her Aunt Felicia Chapman. Album contains photographs of the Alice and Frederick J. Hart and Chapman families, including childhood photographs of the five Hart children, Kingsley, Florence, Fredricka, Edwyna and Jack; the Hart family at their home in New Westminster and at "Avalon" their summer residence and home on Deer Lake.

Photograph of the interior of a house identified by accession register, catalogue record and inscription as Patterson house, possibly built in the 1890s. The location is on either on Patterson Street (where the Patterson family first lived in Burnaby) or, more likely, Edmonds Street (where they later moved to). The photograph shows the hall area, with two display cabinets showing fine china in the left corner. There is a large rug on the floor, and a mirror by what seems to be the side of a staircase. The house is overall decorated in a late Victorian style. An annotation on the back of the photo reads: "Interior picture of the Paterson [sic] home. Located on Edmonds St., Bry. c. 1890's." The house was originally located at 7260 Edmonds Street (near Kingsway). It was relocated in 1955 to 7106 18th Avenue and is a city heritage site.

History
Interviewee biography: Normam Dowad was born and rasied in Burnaby. Norm graduated from Burnaby Central Secondary School, Simon Fraser University for one year, and obtained his law degree from York University. Norman began practicing law in 1974 years and has his own law practice that he operates out of Vancouver as of 2023. Interviewer biography: Eric Damer is a Burnaby Village Museum Interpreter, Museum Registrar, Researcher and Blacksmith. Eric pounded hot steel for the first time in 1977 in junior high. Fifteen years later, he joined Burnaby Village Museum where he has smithed for three decades. He also provides historical research for museum exhibits and special projects. Outside the museum, Eric is a social historian with a special interest in educational history.

Photograph of the Jesse Love farmhouse. The Love farmhouse was located at 1390 Cumberland Road (after 1960- address was changed to 7651 Cumberland Street). The Love farmhouse was relocated to the site of the Burnaby Village Museum in 1988 where it was restored to the 1920s era.

Prominent in the photograph is the wallpaper with floral motif and a piano with the top cluttered with vases, plates, framed photographs, etc. The piano stool has an antimacassar, and there is a chair to the left side. Also visible on the left side is a fireplace. This photograph is cropped and reproduced in Michael Sone's book, "Pioneer Tales of Burnaby," pg. 27.

Photograph taken from "Woodlunds." Annotations in ink on the back of the card read, "Mr & Mrs G. Every-Clayton/ with Mr Haszard's/ wishes for a very/ Happy Xmas/ 1899" and "Looking from Woodlands / towards Burnaby Lake in 1899." Later annotation in blue ballpoint pen read, "Woodlunds the residence of Mr. Geo. Every-Clayton stood on the site of the present Centennial Pavilion, which when originally built was the residence of Mr. and Mrs. H.T. Ceperley. The proceeds from its sale was used to prepare the Ceperley playground in Stanley Park. The house in the left centre was that of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard R. Hill demolished to make way for entrance to Expressway."
