Miss Scott is wearing a white blouse and a tie with her hair parted in the middle and pulled back. She is standing to the right in the third row. Most of the girls are wearing loose-fitting cotton dresses tied at the waist and cut just above the kneecap. The boys are wearing shirts buttoned right to the collar and sweaters. At least two boys are in sailor suits.
