- Sugar bowl, silver, with lid. Made by the Richfield Plate co. of the United States. Made of electro plated Britannia Metal, a type of pewter, "EPBM". "3647" is a model number indicating the piece matches HV971.12.125 , teapot, and HV971.12.187, cream jug.
