- Rectangular, wood crate with no lid. Hand painted label on one side, with illustrations of plants and some text in Chinese. Rectangular brown paper label on another side, with four Chinese characters in black.

- Hand painted label on side of box. black text in Chinese in centre, surrounded by illustrations of plants. Rectangular brown paper with 4 Chinese characters in black on one side. Small tear near the top left corner. The 4 Chinese characters literally translate to English as: " stone, rock, lapis", "pomegranate", "fur, skin" and "slice, piece". This has been adjusted for English comprehension to: "pericarpium granati", or pomegranate. Uses: The shape and the size of each slice of pericarpium granati is irregular. The thickness is between 1.5mm to 3mm. The surface is either in brown or dark brown. It doesn not have any specific smell, but the taste is bitter. It cures diarrhea, stop the bleeding and relieve the abdominal pain.
