- The item is a bulk product stocked by a pharmacy. Up until the 1950s, pharmacists provided most prescription medications by creating compounds of bulk products that were given to customers as pills, salves, or tonics. Clear glass stopper bottle, rounded base, with glass stopper. The bottle contains a small amount of white powder. Rounded-rectangular, white label under glass (LUG) attached to front, with gold trim and black text. Discoloured, illegible labels noted above and below LUG. Circular label attached to back of bottle near bottom.
