- Description
- The photographic medallion was produced by the Columbia Medallion Studios of Chicago. It is a sepia-toned photograph of an unidentified woman standing with her hands on her hips in front of a garden trellis. The photograph was wrapped around a round metal button, 15 cm in diameter to increase its rigidity.

- The photographic medallion is speculated to have been produced as a souvenir for the Columbia Fair in 1893.
