The music is for piano and vocals with tonic sol-fa and Ukulele accompaniment. The front cover has 11 small photographs of singers strung together. Written in pencil at the top of the cover is Don Campbell.

Donor inherited object from neighbour/friend, Donald Campbell, when he passed away "several years" prior. No records found on original owner.
