- Burnaby North Senior Secondary School theatre program for Mad Woman Chaillot - November 26-28, 1970. Front cover; light yellow legal size cartridge paper folded in half with black text "MAD WOMAN CHAILLOT" with illustration extending from front to back of a woman holding a walking stick and dressed in a long dress and hat in front of buildings; illustrator's name "DALE CLARK" in bottom right corner; text in bottom left corner of back cover reads "a BURNABY NORTH / PRODUCTION". Interior of program contains two pages of white legal sized cartridge paper folded in centre; printed on both sides with black typewritten text.
