- display fixture; advertising display fixture; hollow, cast plaster model of a man's sock with a smiling face on the sole; sock is painted brown, black and white; base is painted black, with raised text in red and brown reading: "McGregor / HAPPY FOOT".

- Object was a fixture used in the Jubilee Dry Goods store at 6763 Jubilee Avenue. Jubilee Dry Goods was owned by the Ernest and Jean Pitman family. McGregor Socks is a Canadian hosiery brand founded in 1928. The cushioned sole line of "Happy Foot" socks was introduced in the late 1930's.
