- Photograph of a large crowd gathered outside the Municipal Hall on Kingsway. This photograph was taken during the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth in 1939. A large group of spectators stand on either side of the street and the Burnaby Municipal Hall has been adorned with Union Jacks and decorations. The woman standing in the foreground, to the right has been identified as Gladys Almond.

McLean served as Reeve of Burnaby from 1921-1926 and again in 1928.
