precision pin vise hand drill set with box; precision pin vise manual hand drill set with steel and brass pen-like handle and 23 inter-changable steel drill bits; "D.R.G.M. No 11771" stamped into the base of the handle; box is wood with black leather exterior and red velvet interior; hinged lid with silver metal closure; individual slots to hold handle and drill bits securely.
