Scope and Content: Photograph of Parker Carousel no. 119. Adults and children are riding the carousel and a crowd of people has gathered to watch (many of whom are holding umbrellas). This carousel originally belonged to Fred Kirk Leggett from Houston, Texas (owner of the Lone Star circus).
