Members of the public, Mayor Bob Prittie and members of the Burnaby Centennial '71 committee are present for the sod turning event. - Film director and producer James (Jim) Bizzochi is a moving image artist living and working in British Columbia. Jim created the film while working as a professor with Simon Fraser University. Cinematographer Selwyn Pullan is a distinguised Canadian photographer who specialized in building photography documenting B.C. mid-century modernism.
