- Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) 2nd place prize ribbon in Creative Crafts; won by John Slawson in Augush 1988 for a doll house complete with furniture. The ribbon is arrow-shaped, pointed at the top and notched at the bottom. It has two layers of ribbon. The back layer is a white ribbon. The front layer is a red ribbon, with text in gold reading: "PNE / Creative / Crafts / SECOND / PACIFIC / NATIONAL / EXHIBITION / VANCOUVER / CANADA".

- Donor's father built the dollhouse in the 1980's after he retired from teaching. His hand-made home, furniture, and accessories won him 2nd prize in his age category at the 1988 PNE Creative Crafts competition.

- Capitol and Dominion Theatres - Program -- [1921]. Program or schedule for the shows at Capitol and Dominion Theatres in Vancouver B.C. for the week of July 25, 1921. The front of the program has an illustration of a woman in a yellow gown, black and white wrap and elaborate yellow and white hat. The inside page of the program gives information about the shows for the Capitol Theatre, while the back of the program provides information about the shows for the Dominion Theatre. Both the Capitol and Dominion Theatres were owned by Famous Players Canadian Corp'n Limited. The program was designed and printed by Nicholson Limited.

- Transportation Division - Program -- [1950]. Program for the August 6th, 1950 B.C.E.R. and B.C.M.T. picnic for the Transportation Division, All Departments. The picnic was planned at Confederation Park in North Burnaby and started at 11am. The program included the Time of Events along with the Athletic Events of the day. The picnic also advertised Shetland Pony Riding, Favours for the Children, Wading Pool and Playground, and a Rube Band. The back page of the program lists the people involved in the Picnic Committees. Attached to the program with two staples is a newspaper clipping that covered the days events, including mention of "Punch and Judy" which was a puppet show performed by C.Caunt. The program measures 14cm x 21.5cm.

- Program for Girl Guide Pageant taking place in Vancouver in 1929. Program belonged to Dorothy Pitman who was a Girl Guide in the 1st Burnaby Company. She was known to be involved with guiding from 1919 to 1931. Textual records and photographs of the Pitman family, including one of Dorothy and her sister Gwen, are held by the City of Burnaby Archives. Dorothy and Gwen's parents, Ernest and Jean Pitman, owned McKay Dry Goods and Jubilee Dry Goods.

- From Burnaby North Secondary School, Burnaby in the early 1970s. Handmade dollar bills were props in Burnaby North's production of Guys and Dolls. They were drawn by the art students for the musical. Darleane Hewstan was in the concert band, and she remembers the bills been thrown around the stage by the gamblers. One of the student actors in the production, Gerry Martin, played Nathan Detroit, said that the dollar bills were used in the floating crap game.
