Matilda married Alfred Cropley and may have lived on the property. Matilda and Alfred's daughter, Alma married William Rorison and built their home on part of the land owned by Matilda. Alma and William had four children, Bill (William Jr.), Hugh and twin girls Kay (Kathleen) and Evelyn.
