The photograph presumably shows the employees and families of the Brackman-Ker Milling Co. The adults are mostly posed standing in four rows. There are some children being held in the arms of adults, but most of the children in the photograph are seated on the ground along the front of the group. There is also a dog lying down on the ground to the right side of the group. The group is posed in a grassy area, with trees and the roof of a square building visible in the background.
