The fingerlings, each weighing about 20 grams, were raised at the Bell-Irving Hatchery in Maple Ridge and they will spend a short time in the creek before making their way out to sea."

The group were all kindergarten students at the first Salmon Send Off 12 years ago, and, like the little fish, they decided to return to do it again to celebrate their graduation from Grade 12 at Burnaby Mountain Secondary."
