Exercises for Mothers - Leaflet -- [192-?]. Leaflet from Doctor S.H. Sievenpiper from Vancouver called "Exercises For Mothers Two Weeks After Confinement". The leaflet provides four different exercises for women to perform two week after giving birth. Mr. Wagner patented his Triple Spring Bumper for automobiles and attempted to interest one of the major automobile manufacturers in purchasing his patent. He manufactured some bumpers and sold them locally.

Don Copan was an active member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee and later became the founding President of the Century Park Museum Association. While a member of the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee, Don created a scrapbook album of photographs and ephemera documenting the Burnaby Centennial ’71 Committee’s involvement in celebrating British Columbia’s Centenary of Confederation between January and December 1971 including Burnaby’s Commemorative Project – Heritage Village (Burnaby Village Museum).

Capitol and Dominion Theatres - Program -- [1921]. Program or schedule for the shows at Capitol and Dominion Theatres in Vancouver B.C. for the week of July 25, 1921. The front of the program has an illustration of a woman in a yellow gown, black and white wrap and elaborate yellow and white hat. The inside page of the program gives information about the shows for the Capitol Theatre, while the back of the program provides information about the shows for the Dominion Theatre. Both the Capitol and Dominion Theatres were owned by Famous Players Canadian Corp'n Limited. The program was designed and printed by Nicholson Limited.
Object History
Donor's father, Frederick George Gorse, played bassoon in the Capitol Symphony Orchestra, house orchestra at the Capitol Theatre located at 820 Granville Street, Vancouver. The program highlights a solo bassoon performance by Frederick Gorse.

The reuinon was held on September 21th, 1978 at 8:15pm in the gym. there were speakers from the class of 1913, 1928, 1953 and 1978. On the back of the program is a brief history of the school. There is an adhesive name tag attached to the program from Nina Chapman (Atkinson). The program measures 11cm x 14cm.

The Highland Park sub-division in District Lot 97, was in part a real estate development by the company owned by the Thomson family. James and Melville P. Thomson, owned and operated "Thomson Bros." They had extensive property interests in Vancouver and Burnaby and owned and operated a book selling and stationery business in Vancouver.
