At the top of the leaflet is a cartoon of a teacher sitting on a desk reading to a group of students. There is a sample limerick and a tear off section for a limerick to be written and entered into the contest. The contest was part of Edmonds Junior Secondary 94 anniversary and closing celebrations in 1988. On the top half of the leaflet has a large cartoon of students on a slant pushing a teacher along. Below the first cartoon is another a man lying flat on his back with a lump on his head with another man standing above him. The bottom half of the leaflet is the entry form for the favourite teacher and principal contest. The leaflet measures 21.5cm x 35.5cm.
