- A brown wooden frame around a Royal Canadian Air Force certification. The backing of the frame is covered over in paper, and there is a wire hanging wire. The certificate reads: This is to certify that Wing Commander CAN C522 MARTIN Elmer Wilson served on active service with the Royal Canadian Air Force from 6 September 1939 and was honourably released and transferred to the RCAF (Reserve) General Section, Class "E" on the 28th day of November 1945.

- Elmer Wilson Martin was a professional engineer who lived much of his life in Burnaby. He married Ellen Renetta "Reta" (Boyd) Martin in approx. 1930 and the couple moved to Burnaby in 1931 for him to attend UBC. He later enlisted in the RCAF during WWII where he served as a pilot and wing commander. Elmer ran Martin's Auto Villa at 6604 East Hastings Street (later 6574 East Hastings Street) and was heavily involved in local Burnaby politics and with the North Burnaby Board of Trade. The donor states that he ran for Burnaby mayor in 1959 and also donated land to S.F.U. in the late 1960's. He had many businesses throughout his life including Paneloc Buildings, a pre-fab building manufacturing company. His last position was as Director with the construction company Webb & Knapp Canada Ltd.

- Green classic Wilson brand pram. There are four narrow wheels, a low-set handle bar and a moveable top canopy and cover with a patterned interior trim. The interior of the pram is white, as is the handlebar, brake handle and wheel covers. On the front end, there is a logo with the brand "Wilson" written in silver cursive, a narrow British flag and a blue tag indicating "Made in England". On either side of the pram, there is a painted pink rose. The knobs on either side of the canopy are also made to look like silver roses, with a yellow and green "W" symbol in their centre.
- Object History
- This pram belonged to George and Elaine (nee Blackstock) Burnett who lived in Burnaby on Elgin Avenue. The couple had four children, but the exact timeline of when this pram was used in unknown. The pram was made in England by the company Silver Cross, which was founded by William Wilson in 1877. It is the founder's surname from which the pram derives its name, which is found on the end of the carriage. George Burnett was employed as the foreman plumber at Oakalla Prison in Burnaby for 30 years. He was also the President of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 83 in Burnaby. Elaine's family farmed on land in the Deer Lake Area. George and Elaine had four children: John, Derek, Louise, and Lori.

- Plain and Fancy Knitting - Pamphlet -- [191-?]. Pamphlet by Sophie T. La Croix called Plain and Fancy Knitting. The pamphlet was Book No. 17 in the series and was priced at 10 cents. The front cover has a photograph of a woman sitting in a chair knitting while a man stands nearby overseeing the progress. Both the man and the woman are wearing knitting articles. Handwritten in pencil at the top of the page is "Mrs. Wilson". Inside the pamphlet are patterns for various styles of knitted items, including blankets, bags, sweaters, hats, and slippers. The pamphlet measures 20cm x 27cm.

The booklet is from the Singer Sewing Library - No. 1. The front cover of the booklet has an illustration of two women, one sitting in front of the Singer Sewing Machine, the other standing above looking at the machine. Handwritten on the front cover is "F.A. Gray". On the back cover is an illustration of the globe with a large red "S" in the middle.
