The card is copyright 1923 by Louis F. Dow Company of St. Paul, USA. It does say finished in Canada. The card is printed on blue stock, very faded on front face. - retail display cabinet or dispensing cabinet; wood slat construction (1/4 in. or 063 cm) with paper product labeling over top. Paper product labelling is in colour. Six drawers with small metal pull-rings. Original labeling appears to be for "Bauer & Black" brands of plasters and dressings, but other labels have been placed over the orginal markings in some places.
